Reformer classes access weak or elusive areas of your body.
You will be working out on one of our high quality reformers, a moving platform attached to a frame by four springs. Originally, the reformer was designed to improve your exercises. If you are doing mat and equipment classes, you will see the similarities between the movements performed on mat, reformer and other equipment.

Our three class levels: |
|
|
Level 1:
This level works on the fundamental understanding of your body and the Pilates method. Learn the basic skills in a gentle way: body landmarks, breath control, abdominal support, spinal alignment, correcting physical deficits. Learn the basic Pilates exercise vocabulary.
Level 2:
Increase your repertoire of Pilates movements. Grow your experience of core control and stabilize your breathing control in the flow of each exercise. Smooth your transition between exercises.
Level 3:
Step up the challenges for yourself with more complicated skills and faster pace. Strengthen your powerhouse and mental control. |

If you are new to Pilates or not sure about your level, please contact us. You can always book a private lesson with our teachers, so we can tailor our instructions to your individual needs.
Level 1/2 or 2/3 are mixed levels for those who are progressing and are in between levels. |
