Classes are a great way
to apply what you
learned in your personal training lesson.
A combination of classes and lessons is the best way to ensure your quality workout. |
I offer 3 basic class types:
mat, reformer and equipment classes.
In all classes you work together with other students to reach your goal. You can make class reservations and cancellations and manage your account on my online reservation system.
All classes are with me. I teach movement since 1985.
I offer affordable classes.
My students make the studio unique.
My studio is equipped with everything you need for your workouts.
Each class is 55 minutes long.
