 PPS-1 is the foundational program in the series. It is designed for the busy student who is seeking authentic yet progressive Pilates education in a highly integrated format. PPS-1 includes instruction on mat, reformer and cadillac for introductory through beginner/intermediate levels. |

Levels Of Classes Several levels are offered to create classes with flow and challenges for everyone. Please contact the Pilates Connection to set up an evaluation of your fitness level prior to signing up. It is your responsibility to attend the appropriate level class.
Note: For classes listed as level 1/2 or 2/3, your teacher will be designing a class that is appropriate for enrolled participants to ensure a safe workout.

This level works on the fundamental understanding of your body and the Pilates method. Learn the basic skills in a gentle way: body landmarks, breath control, abdominal support, spinal alignment, correcting physical deficits. Learn the basic Pilates exercise vocabulary.

Increase your repertoire of Pilates movements. Grow your experience of core control and stabilize your breathing control in the flow of each exercise. Transition smoother between exercises.

|
Step up the challenges for yourself with more complicated skills and faster pace. Strengthen your powerhouse and mental control.

| 4 |
|
This level masters your knowledge of exercises, core and mental control, breathing capacity and overall uniform development. Currently not offered at the Pilates Connection
