Gabi Davis - Owner |
|
Gabi L. Davis holds a Master of Education degree in exercise science, fitness and dance and has many years of experience teaching in the fitness and wellness industry in Europe and in the USA.
Gabi started with gymnastics when she was only 2 1/2 years old. At 14 she decided to practice and coach field hockey, which she did for over 10 years. She had great success and led her girl's team to win the German National Field Hockey Championship, twice in a row. In the early 90's Gabi began to teach aerobics, step, back rehab, cardio classes and other fitness programs professionally. She also worked as a personal trainer. In the late 90's after having health issues herself, Gabi discovered Pilates as a gentle and effective program to improve strength, flexibility, posture and well being. Gabi studied several different approaches to Pilates: PhysicalMind, Polestar, Stott, PeakPilates and The Pilates Center, Boulder, Co.
Since 1999 Gabi has committed her work time exclusively to teaching Pilates. She loves sharing her knowledge and enjoys seeing her clients benefit and progress with this wonderful method.
